Common questions
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the app store, so you manage them there.
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose the app, then change or cancel.
- Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, choose the app, then manage it.
Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. See the Subscription Terms.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases run through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them. On Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play order history or Play's refund flow. If you think something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll help where we can.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, open the app, and use the "Restore Purchases" option. If it doesn't show up, email us.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email support@pushgetapps.com from the address tied to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Is my data private?
